I even took all the other HDMI connections out of the TV and tested the TV One STB HDMI on all 4 HDMI ports and it lost connection each time I turned the TV off and then turned it back on. The sony support agent said its not Sony and has to do with the settings or controls in the TV One. I called the Sony TV manufacture and he walked me through all the steps and even sent the correct signals to the TV One and synced several times and it still lost the signal as soon as I turned the tv off.
Ive even reset the TV One and the TV and made sure both are up to date and even followed the Verizon published settings for the HDMI-CEC for the TV One and the TV and still doesnt work. I switch between inputs on my TV and all the other HDMI devices that are hooked up still show up and are always on when I turn the TV on - just not the new TV One STB. The second I turn off my tv, the TV One signal is gone but the power lights are still on from the front and back. I have to unplug the power cable to the TV One stb and let it re-boot and then it shows up on my tv (after 5 minutes) I can watch TV. When I turn the tv on, I get no signal from the TV One STB. The issue is I have my new TV One STB with HDMI directly to my TV. I have followed the exact directions and still doesnt work. Ive read several threads on here about this and Verizon has documentation on how to prevent this.
